Innovative Custom Badge Pin Project Strengthens Partnership With Danish Client
Dongguan Jialin Hardware Jewelry Co., Ltd. is proud to announce the successful completion of a multi-phase custom badge pin project for a valued client in Denmark. This collaboration highlights our commitment to precision craftsmanship, fast-response customization, and long-term customer satisfaction. Over the course of three production rounds—each with new upgrades and engineering adjustments—the project evolved from a simple metal badge base into a fully customized, brand-enhancing accessory that exceeded the client’s expectations.
The first production phase began with a brand-new mold development for the metal badge base. Our engineering team translated the client’s visual concept into a professionally structured 3D model, followed by mold opening and fine-tuned metal molding. Because the badge was intended for frequent daily use, durability and edge smoothness were key requirements. Throughout production, our team maintained strict QC standards, paying close attention to polishing, deburring, and structural integrity. When the final goods arrived in Denmark, the customer expressed strong satisfaction with the quality, weight, and clean metallic finish—setting a positive foundation for ongoing cooperation.
Encouraged by the first batch, the client moved into a second round of production with an additional functional requirement: the inclusion of 3M adhesive backing. To improve usability, our team selected genuine 3M non-residue adhesive, known for its strong, reliable grip. A custom peel-tab design—often called a "tear-off tab"—was added to ensure that the backing could be removed easily during application. Although this adjustment required revised measurements and repositioning of the adhesive area, our production and QC teams worked seamlessly to ensure alignment, adhesion strength, and surface cleanliness. Once again, the finished goods were delivered with precision and the client was highly satisfied.
The third phase brought a new level of customization: adding the client’s logo onto the metal base using UV printing technology. This required opening an updated mold to create an optimized surface for color printing. Our design team collaborated with the client to refine logo placement, ensuring clarity, accurate color reproduction, and long-term durability. UV printing was selected for its sharp resolution, vibrant finish, and excellent scratch resistance on metal substrates. After several proofing rounds, the final print effect achieved high visual impact without compromising the sleek metallic texture of the badge. Upon receiving the upgraded version, the Danish customer expressed praise for both the craftsmanship and reliable consistency across batches.
