In 2014, we faced a seemingly impossible challenge: the customer required the nickel content of the electroplating layer to be controlled at an extremely low level of food grade, only 14 parts per million, in order to ensure that the product is safe and harmless to the human body. This is a huge technical challenge for the usual electroplating process.

After repeated experiments and technical exploration, we used advanced electroplating equipment and new raw materials independently developed, and finally successfully achieved this requirement in more than a month through repeated experiments. This breakthrough achievement not only enhanced our company's reputation for overcoming difficulties in the market, but also provided customers with customized jewelry solutions that meet the highest safety standards.

In 2016, the company received an even more challenging order: the customer required the manufacture of a zinc alloy logo mold with a precision of 0.01 mm to ensure that each product can perfectly display its brand identity. The hot melt process of zinc alloy badge casting is characterized by small machine, easy sand hole, and sharp connection, which often leads to not daring to increase the current to reproduce the mold logo. This requires extremely high precision and synchronous reproduction for the mold process. Every step must be carried out meticulously from material selection, mold design to precision machining.

After 14 days and nights of research and development and repeated debugging, we finally designed a set of highly precise molds that can ensure that the 0.01 mm line logo can be accurately reproduced every time. This achievement not only met the customer's high requirements, won praise and applause, but also inspired everyone in our company with this story.
