Custom Fox Head Brooch Successfully Delivered for U.S. Brand Promotion
We are pleased to announce the successful production and on-time delivery of a custom fox head brooch developed for a U.S. client as part of their brand promotion project. This order required a high level of customization, structural reliability, and consistent quality control, and the final product received strong recognition from the customer.
The brooch is composed of two main parts: a custom-molded fox head and a metal safety pin base. Both components were produced according to the client’s specifications and then combined using a reinforced welding process before final electroplating. Material Selection and Structural Design
For this project, iron was selected as the primary material for the pin base. Iron offers excellent strength, cost efficiency, and compatibility with precision molding and welding processes, making it ideal for promotional accessories that require durability as well as refined detailing.
The safety pin base was produced using a proven structure that ensures smooth opening and closing, stable fastening, and user safety during wear. Meanwhile, the fox head was developed through custom mold opening, allowing the client’s brand concept to be accurately translated into a three-dimensional metal form.

The fox head design was fully customized based on the client’s requirements. Our engineering team focused on achieving a balance between visual sharpness and structural feasibility, ensuring that facial contours, ears, and surface textures remained clear after molding and plating.
During the mold development stage, particular attention was paid to thickness distribution and contact points with the pin base. These details played a crucial role in later welding strength and long-term product performance.
Key Production Challenge: Welding Strength
The main technical challenge of this project was ensuring the welding strength between the fox head and the pin base. Due to the three-dimensional shape and relatively small contact area, insufficient welding could lead to detachment during transportation or daily use—an issue the client was especially concerned about.
To solve this, our production team adjusted welding temperature, duration, and contact surface preparation. Multiple test samples were produced and stress-tested to verify bonding strength. Through this process, we successfully eliminated the risk of the fox head loosening or falling off, ensuring a stable and reliable final product.
Electroplating and Finishing
After welding, the assembled brooch underwent electroplating, giving it a uniform gold-tone finish with enhanced corrosion resistance and surface durability. The plating not only elevated the product’s appearance but also reinforced its suitability for repeated use in brand promotion scenarios such as events, giveaways, and retail displays.
Each batch was inspected to confirm plating consistency, weld integrity, and pin functionality before packaging.
