Make Custom Brooch (for display)
Recently, we customized a heart-shaped brooch pin for a client. As per the client's request, we enhanced the existing pin design by adding a delicate heart-shaped decoration at the top. The key challenge in this customization was determining the exact position of the heart, and we engaged in detailed communication with the client. To ensure every detail met the client’s expectations, we provided image mock-ups for visual clarification.
Through precise communication and continuous adjustments, we finalized the heart's placement and the overall design details. After confirming the design with the client, we moved to the sample production stage. Once approved, mass production proceeded smoothly, and the final custom brooch pins were delivered successfully in 10 days, with the client expressing great satisfaction.
Precise Confirmation of the Heart Position: Since the heart-shaped decoration was added to the top of an existing pin design, ensuring its placement was both aesthetically pleasing and met the client's needs required multiple rounds of communication. After each adjustment, we had to ensure the accuracy of its position to achieve the desired final result.
Client's Visual Confirmation: To help the client better understand the design, we provided image mock-ups for them to confirm the design. This communication method was particularly important when there was no physical sample available, as it helped reduce misunderstandings and ensured both parties had a consistent understanding of the product details.
